With a robust background in architecture and planning, Patrick infuses his work with a visionary spirit, boundless creativity, and attention to detail. Beyond development, he plays a pivotal role in the company’s expansion through strategic recruitment, management, and firm-wide marketing efforts.

Wanjing Xiao

Wanjing, a founding partner of Stack, oversees both company and development finance. With over a decade of experience, she has navigated the realms of development, investment, and design across a diverse asset portfolio. In the Seattle local market, Wanjing has adeptly managed multifamily and townhome projects totaling over 600 units with a capitalized value exceeding $300 million, and delivered projects valued at over $50 million. Beyond development acumen, Wanjing has cultivated positive relationships with investors and lenders, facilitating transactions over $30 million.
